![]() I emailed Customer service with the complaint (stranding my daughter at the airport) and requesting refund for both legs of trip. One customer service rep told me she would call back after checking with her supervisor and she never did. ![]() I got involved with similar lack of results. They said they would credit the $$ for future ride, but no refund. My daughter was furious and spoke to their customer service dept without any resolve. Additionally, they cancelled Leg 1 of the trip about 1/2 hr before the scheduled pickup time. Instead PT shuttle sent a driver on the wrong date to our home. She then emailed PT Shuttle asking for them to correct the pick up date. She immediately called PT Shuttle with no response. When she received the confirmation she noticed that they listed the incorrect pickup date for Leg 2. The first was a pickup at the Ontario Airport on June 26 (Leg 1), and the second was for pickup at our home on June 29 (Leg 2). My daughter had scheduled two pick ups with Prime Time Shuttle. Terrible company and absolutely poor customer service. No refund was issued because the client was made aware of the cancellation policy when she booked, and she agreed to the cancellation policy. Finally, when he could contact her, she informed him she had missed her connecting flight. A Provider was assigned, waited for her at LAX Airport two hours after her pick-up time, and tried to make contact. As for the second trip, which was on 8-20-22, the client missed her connecting flight, and per the cancellation policy, which the client agreed to when she booked, she needs to let us know 6 hours before pick up time to be eligible for a refund. Since it is our provider's error, a full refund was issued on 8-7-22 at 10:26 am, refund Id: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. Provider Islam ****** was assigned for the first pick-up and reached her home at 10:36 am but did not wait for her until her set pick-up time which was his mistake for that reason, we have issued a full refund for that trip. ![]() Her second pick-up was on X-XX-XX at 9:50 pm (Trip ID XXXXXX). One pick-up was on 8-6-22 at 11:35 am (Trip ID XXXXXX). Client Angela ******** booked two transportation services with Prime Time. ![]()
